| Engraving Process: | All of our Products are Engraved using a Deep-Etch Sandcarving Process. Digital Technology is used to create a film mask from either Stock or Custom Artwork. Our skilled Artisans then prepare and precisely engrave each item by hand. This results in highly detailed images which enhance the beauty of our Premium Glassware or Custom Trophies, Plaques, & Awards. Deep etching produces far superior results when compared to other imprinting methods. While some engravers use Lasers for a ‘mass-produced’ process, this shortcut results in a flat, “scratched glass” look without any depth to the carving. The heat from the laser can also fracture fine glass & crystal. |

| Custom Artwork: | We work from Black & White Camera-Ready Artwork. See our Custom Artwork information for more details. If artwork meets submittal criteria, a one-time setup charge of $35.00 is required for layout & transparency creation. If your artwork requires additional work to make it suitable for engraving, we reserve the right to charge additional make-ready charges of $35.00 per hour. Once finalized, your artwork will be kept on file for future business. If you need assistance in this department, please do not hesitate to call us @ 1-800-365-9782. Just let us know how we can help. Paper Artwork Slicks may be mailed. Digital Artwork can be mailed on disk, or emailed. Preferred formats (vector): .eps & .png - Also Accepted (raster): .tif & .jpg. | Paper Proofs (Awards): | Once your artwork is finalized, we will be happy to provide you with a Paper Proof free of charge. Customer approval is required on all Award Orders prior to production. Proofs can be mailed, emailed, or faxed for your convenience. | ||
| Engraving Charges: | All prices quoted include Basic Design Carving Charges. Some Awards include Basic Inscription Carving. If additional carving is needed, extra charges may apply. | ||
| Opposite Side Engraving (Glassware): | Opposite Side Engraving is available for typically $4.00-$6.00 per piece, depending of size of engraving. Please contact us @ 1-800-365-9782 if you have any questions. | ||
| Product Samples: | Samples are charged at a one piece price. Setup Charges may apply. Blank Samples are also available for 20% less. | ||
| Production Time: | As each order is Precision Carved by hand per the Customer’s needs, our Production Time typically ranges from 1-4 weeks depending on size of order and availability. | Shipping: | We ship UPS Ground as our standard service. All other UPS services available. Freight: F.O.B. - Columbus, OH (Pallet/Shrink Wrap Charge - $20.00/Pallet) We take every precaution to make sure your product arrives safe and sound. However, if any breakages occur, we will do everything possible to assist you in your claim and replacement of damaged merchandise. |

| Drop Shipping: | We can easily ship to another recipient if you so desire. | ||

| Discounts: | We do offer quantity discounts based on order amounts within a given year.
All Orders over a 12 month period may be aggregated to qualify for discounts. |

| Returns/Corrections: | Engraving will be checked for accuracy against the Customer supplied Artwork & Text and Approved Paper Proofs. Any error on our part will be replaced immediately at our sole expense. Customer Errors are replaced as quickly as possible and re-billed with a 20% discount as a courtesy to our Customers. Customers are ultimately responsible for correct spelling of Names/Custom Information on supplied Paper Proofs. As we carve each order per our Customer’s needs, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns due to personalization on each product. | ||
| Hours of Business: | Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) - Monday thru Friday. We are located in Powell, Ohio. Internet or Fax Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, Seven days a week. | ||

We are confident that you will be very pleased with your investment. In the event that you are not satisfied with our workmanship, we will gladly replace the piece free of charge.
